Overview

Investigations at the Quality of Life Laboratory focus on what enables people to do and be their best (self-actualization), in terms of their best experiences (flow), their best performances (creativity), the development of their best selves (mentoring), and the state in which their best is most accessible (hypnosis). In practice, we have two major lines of research:

How people can develop and exhibit their best selves through positive experiences
Topics: Flow (Optimal Experience), Creativity, Engagement, Hypnosis

Making the workplace a great place to work
